Biography

Áine is the administrator of the translation and language advisory service in Ionad na Ceathrún Rua and she is also responsible for the secretarial work for the Administrator of Ionad na Gaeilge Labhartha as well as any other secretarial and clerical work required in the Office.  

She spent some time working with An Comhlachas Náisiúnta Drámaíochta and with Coláiste Samhraidh Cholumba. 

She has a particular interest in creative writing.  Áine is originally from An Cheathrú Rua. 

She took part in Comórtas na nAmhrán Nuachumtha. 

Among the courses that Áine has completed are:

• Dioplóma sna Dána - Scileanna Aistriúcháin – First class honours
• Component Certificate – Occupational First Aid (FETAC Level 5)
• Certificate in Fire Safety Training
